DeployKVM LLC ("we," "us," or "our") provides Virtual Private Server ("VPS") hosting services (the "Service"). This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules and conditions governing the use of our Service. By using our Service, you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions set forth in this AUP.

Prohibited Activities
We prohibit the use of our Service for any activity that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others. This includes, but is not limited to:
Illegal Activities: Using the Service for any activity that violates any applicable law or regulation, including but not limited to copyright infringement, distribution of illegal content, child pornography, hacking, and fraud.
Abusive Activities: Using the Service to send spam, phishing emails, or other unsolicited commercial emails. Engaging in denial-of-service (DoS) attacks or other attempts to disrupt or disable networks or servers.
Harmful Activities: Using the Service to store or distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
Security Violations: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or the systems of others. Failing to secure your VPS and allowing unauthorized access by third parties.
Offensive Content: Storing or distributing content that is hateful, discriminatory, obscene, or otherwise offensive.
High Resource Usage: Using an excessive amount of server resources that disrupts the service for other users. This includes, but is not limited to, running resource-intensive applications without prior approval.
Circumventing Measures: Attempting to bypass or circumvent any security measures implemented by us.

Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the content stored on your VPS and the activities that occur on it.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your VPS, including keeping your software up to date and using strong passwords.
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding your use of the Service.

Enforcement
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service at any time for a violation of this AUP. We may also take legal action against you if necessary.

Reporting Violations
If you suspect a violation of this AUP, please report it to us immediately at legal@deploykvm.com.

Revisions to AUP
We may revise this AUP at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the revised AUP on our website. Your continued use of the Service after the posting of the revised AUP constitutes your agreement to the revised terms.
