This Payment Policy is part of our Terms of Service ("Terms") and outlines how billing and payments work for the Virtual Private Server ("VPS") hosting services ("Services") offered by DeployKVM LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Billing Cycles
We offer various VPS plans with different billing cycles, including monthly, quarterly, and annually. You will choose your preferred billing cycle when signing up for a plan.

2. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
Debit Card
Cryptocurrency
Your chosen payment method will be charged automatically on the due date based on your billing cycle.

3. Pricing 
Prices for our VPS plans are listed on our website and may be subject to change. We will notify you of any price changes before they go into effect.

4. Automatic Payments
By signing up for our Services, you authorize us to automatically charge your chosen payment method on the due date for each billing cycle.  This ensures uninterrupted service.

5. Payment Failure
If your payment is declined or fails for any reason, we will notify you and attempt to collect the payment again. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if payment is not received after a certain number of attempts (as specified by us).

6. Refunds
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new VPS plans. If you are not satisfied with our Services within 7 days of signing up, you may request a full refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.
We do not offer refunds for cancellations after the 7-day money-back guarantee period or for any charges related to exceeding resource allocations or add-on purchases.

7. Prorations
We do not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle if you cancel your account after the initial 7-day money-back guarantee period.

8. Disputes
If you believe there is an error with your bill, please contact our support team within 30 days of the billing date. We will investigate the issue and resolve it promptly.

9. Changes to Payment Policy
We may revise this Payment Policy at any time by posting the revised Policy on our website. You are responsible for checking the Payment Policy periodically for updates. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of a revised Payment Policy means that you accept and agree to the changes.
